EA and DICE have been battling technical issues and lack of servers since Battlefield 1943 launched on Xbox 360 this Wednesday. The process of adding more servers and achieving close to "zero package loss" is on going, but people are still having some problems getting on the servers. Meanwhile there doesn't seem to be much trouble when it comes to the PS3 version.
The Coral Sea Challenge where players will join forces in order to reach 43 million kills to unlock the fourth and final map (Coral Sea) will start tonight. It will be interesting to see whether PS3 or Xbox 360 players come out on top. Are the server issues going to stop Xbox 360 players or is it simply a sign that there are many more of them?
