With Rogue One: A Star Wars Story closing Disney's film year, there's no doubt that this will go down in history as one of the most successful years ever when it comes to the film industry, and the soon to be 100 year old entertainment company.

Disney reports that they have made seven billion US dollars in theatres this year, which beats Universal's record breaking 6.9 billion in 2015. This is thanks to the films such as Captain America: Civil War (which made $1.15 billion), Finding Dory (making $1.03 billion), Zootopia (grossing $1.02 billion), and The Jungle Book (making $967 million). Rogue one will no doubt help with the $290 million it made worldwide for its opening weekend.

"This historic achievement is possible because all of our film studios are bringing their absolute best to the table, telling great stories of all kinds that resonate with audiences across borders, gender, and generations," commented Alan Horn, Chairman of The Walt Disney Studios. "These films work because each one has not only something for everyone, but everything for someone. It's our honour to be able to create these experiences for audiences, and we're thankful to them for continuing to come out to the theater with us."

Which of these films is best?
