One of last year's best and scariest games was Alien: Isolation. Creative Assembly took a break from real-time strategy to make us all fear for our lives in outer space while being hunted by a nasty alien.

Since its launch in October last year there has been several DLCs released, and with holidays looming what's more natural than to release a version of the game with everything included.

That is exactly what publisher Sega is doing by announcing Alien: Isolation Collection. "Collection" means that in addition to the main game you get all DLCs released during the past twelve months - all at a discounted price if you get it on PC (Steam).

Alien: Isolation Collection comes with two new missions based on the first film where you get to play as the iconic protagonist, Ellen Ripley. We also get "five mission packs that add new maps, playable characters and challenges to Survivor and Salvage modes", according to the press release.

The new collection has been available to download since yesterday on PC, Mac, Linux, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

REVIEW. Written by Gillen McAllister

"Only Rocksteady's Arkham series matches its quality in licence representation, though Isolation arguably betters Arkham for retaining the purity of its vision."
