The League of Legends European Championship has announced that technology brand Alienware will be returning as its leading partner for the 2021 season. Alienware will serve as the official PC and monitor sponsor for the LEC, where it will provide high quality hardware for another year.

Alienware originally joined the LEC as a partner back in 2019 and has since remained in the position. This in turn will mark the third year in a row that the two have worked together, and to mark the occasion, Alienware is also looking to equip the analyst desk with their own Alienware Aurora Battlestation to detail segments on broadcast like never before.

The LEC will also look to have the match of the week once again presented by Alienware as part of this returning deal.

Speaking on the deal, Head of Sponsorships & New Business EU Esports at Riot Games Alban Dechelotte said in a press release; "We are delighted to see that for the third year of our partnership, Alienware is more and more taking advantage of the cultural diversity inherent to Europe. The additional Match Of The Week content brought to German LEC fans is a token of the brand's commitment to elevate LEC local fandoms, and we are looking forward to this next chapter of our relationship."

The LEC is set to return on January 22 at 16:00 GMT / 17:00 CET, and you can head over here to catch the action when it does begin.
