During Comic-Con, Capcom announced that Ken Masters would be joining the SFV roster. His return wasn't a surprise, but what the studio's done with the character certainly did.

He's got a brand new look and a more aggressive fighting style, as Ono and his team push for a greater variety of fighters and steer clear of doubling up on fighting styles. While Ryu and Ken have slowly differentiated in moves over the years, this marks a major shift in how Ken plays.

Playstation Blog has a quick run down on his new V-variations:

V-Skill: Quick Step

Ken runs towards the opponent, closing the distance in an instant. Ken can also choose to step kick or input another attack closer to the end of his run!

V-Trigger: Heat Rush

Ken channels flames through his entire body for a short period of time, which powers up his special attacks by increasing their number of hits and improving their trajectory, allowing him to perform even more damaging combos.
