This game sure eats up a lot of space on your memory card.

Killzone: Mercenary is certainly the best option for first person shooter fans on PS Vita, but the game is also rather chunky and takes up a lot of space on your memory card. The game itself is 3.3 GB and requires a 1.6 GB day one patch in order to play. And a new update that seeks to balance the multiplayer that's coming soon will require a 1 GB download. This patch needs to be installed on top of the old patch before that one can be deleted. Matt Porter, technical director at Guerrilla Cambridge is aware of the issue and told OPM:

"We are currently investigating solutions to reduce the overall size of the title and free up more of your valuable memory card space. We hope to be able to share more news on that work very soon".
