Ashes of the Singularity release date revealed

An official release date for the upcoming real time strategy game, Ashes of the Singularity, has been announced along with a new cinematic trailer for the game. The game is set to release on 31 March, and touts features that could push your PC to its limits. The game is able to, using new DirectX12 support and other technology, display battles with thousands of units on-screen at once, and doing so won't break the game.

Ashes of the Singularity is to release with three main features: A single player, Multiplayer in both ranked and custom types, and a mode called Ascendancy Wars. This mode acts as a sort of story mode for the game, giving the player an insight to how to play and the game's universe.
The game has been out on Steam early access for quite some time, but it is nice to see the game leave that state and get a full release date.
