This weekend marked the conclusion of yet another Call of Duty League Major. The event that saw the best teams in the league competing for both League Points and the cash prize pool, concluded late last night with the Atlanta Faze facing the Dallas Empire, a match that saw the Faze looking to claim the title of back-to-back Major winners.

The series ended up going the distance, all the way to the ninth game when the Faze managed to clutch it out and defeat the Empire 5-4 for the tournament. The win puts Faze even further ahead in the CDL standings, 145 points ahead of second place, the Dallas Empire.

The next stage, which will also include the Stage 5 Major doesn't currently have a start date, but if the schedule used for past Majors was anything to go by, we can probably expect it to begin around July 1. Stage 5 will also be the final stage of the 2021 CDL, meaning we are getting ever closer to the playoffs and grand finals of this season.
