Last year we reported that Bethesda had launched a lawsuit against Warner Bros. Interactive and Behaviour Interactive after Bethesda claimed their Westworld mobile title was very similar to their own game Fallout Shelter.

Well, according to a new report this matter has been put to bed, as all three parties have resolved the lawsuit in what Bethesda calls an "amicable" fashion. A December 12 ruling confirms that both sides had resolved the issue and will pay their own costs, and the claims have been dismissed with prejudice by Bethesda, so that they can't be made again.

This means that you can play Westworld's mobile game with a clear conscience, which is available right now on Android and iOS devices.
