Supererogatory tweets that Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified was developed in record time at Nihilistic Software for PS Vita.

According to the usually reliable source work began only once Resistance: Retribution was finished in May, giving the developers around five months to finish work on Call of Duty: Black Ops Declassified. This would explain why there was nothing to show of the game at E3 and why things have been so quiet leading up to release. Very few reviews are out so far, but the ones that have been published aren't very favourable.
