The tournament organiser, BLAST Premier has announced that it has extended its partnership with the audio peripheral brand, EPOS. The pair will now be working together for a further two years, with EPOS set to continue serving as BLAST's official audio partner going forward.

"We are delighted to continue our partnership with EPOS as we go into the new season and beyond, establishing long-term relationships with our partners is a key part of our commercial growth plans," said BLAST's head of brand partnerships, Oliver Clarke. "Since last year, we have showcased the importance of audio in providing a competitive edge and look forward to bringing this to life in new ways during 2022."

The deal is set to see the continuation of the Push to Talk podcast series, and will also see the Mic'd Up section of BLAST broadcasts returning for the next two Counter-Strike: Global Offensive seasons.

As for when the 2022 BLAST season will start, the first matches of the Spring Groups are set to start later today, with the first match seeing G2 Esports face Complexity Gaming at 14:00 GMT / 15:00 CET. Be sure to catch the action here.
