This was after the team finished at the bottom of the 2020 Overwatch League season.

It has been revealed on Twitter that both assistant coach Rollon "Mini" Hamelin and analyst Jake "Spackle" Connell would be leaving Boston Uprising. The pair both announced that they would be now seeking new opportunities outside of the esports organisation.

Mini in particular had been with the organisation since 2017 so we can imagine this being a major blow for the team. These departures follow after Boston Uprising finished at the very bottom of the 2020 Overwatch League season - not a great year for the team, that's for sure.

Mini posted on Twitter: "The past three years with Boston have been a long roller coaster of emotions, but now it's time for me to move onto new adventures."
