Overwatch League team Boston Uprising has announced that they've signed both Gabriel 'Swimmer' Levy and Walid 'Mouffin' Bassal to their team, coming from the Academy side.

Mouffin is on a two-way contract, and signed with the Academy towards the end of Contenders Season 2 this year. Swimmer, however, has played three seasons of Contenders with the Academy side.

"Swimmer is a talented support player, and we think now is the right time to graduate him to the Uprising roster," said Chris 'HuK' Loranger, President of Gaming for the Uprising. "We're big fans and hope to see big things from him in 2020."

"Mouffin is a flexible flex tank with proficiency on several characters. While he hasn't played in an official match with the Uprising or the Academy team yet, we're excited to work with him and continue to develop his talent."
