Nintendo has moved a lot of famous franchises over to the Switch, since the popular console is the ideal place to revive Wii U titles or simply release another entry in a series, and that's exactly what's happening with Brain Training.

You can see a trailer for the Switch edition below, showing some of the exercises you can take part in, some of which make use of the sensor in front of the Joy-Cons. Two players are shown competing against each other as well, with another user holding the screen in portrait orientation too, using a stylus on the screen.

The official product page can be found here, where we see that we can check our Brain Age, set alarms for training times, and that we can also get a Touch Pen (stylus) with the physical version.

Brain Training on Switch has been given a December 27 release date in Japan, but we'll have to wait until we can find out more about a Western launch.

Have you played Brain Training before?
