Capcom is having a pretty good time recently, as not only has Monster Hunter: World helped drive a profitable year for them, but they also finished 2018 as Metacritic's highest-rated publisher, and perhaps they've decided to give back to the community.

That's because - seemingly out of nowhere - Capcom has released a ridiculous number of songs to their Capcom sound team Spotify page, as discovered by Twitter user Walt. Soundtracks from Devil May Cry, Megaman, Phoenix Wright, and more are available for free, and downloadable for those with Spotify premium.

The majority of songs are in Japanese - making it difficult at times to find a specific song - but that's the only reasonable complaint for a bunch of music being given to people for free.

Whether or not this is a one-time event, or if Capcom will make a habit of uploading their game soundtracks to Spotify in the future, is currently unknown. For now we'll be listening to the Devil May Cry soundtrack as we wait for Devil May Cry V to come out.
