After Virtus.Pro announced that it would be stepping back from competitive events following unsatisfactory results, it has been revealed that Russian team Cyber Legacy would be taking its place at ESL One Germany 2020.

Cyber Legacy is a relatively new team only being established at the start of 2020. The team has managed to achieve third place finishes at the OMEGA League: Europe Divine Division and SECTOR DOTA 2 Season 2. How well the team will be able to fare, however, against the likes of Team Liquid and Ninjas in Pyjamas is yet to be determined.

The $400,000 ESL One Germany 2020 competition will commence October 5 and is set to run until November 1.
