It was only yesterday that rolling dodging Dark Souls fans received an arrow to the heart when we found out that the Switch version of the remaster was hit by a delay, but now there's even more to dent your sun-praising enthusiasm, as the beta for the Switch has also been delayed, as announced on Twitter.

"We will test the server performance of the Switch version apart from the others, and at a time closer to the Switch release. We will announce the dates when they are available," the announcement reads.

As you might expect, a lot of Switch users have been flooding forums and social networks with complaints to Bandai Namco and From Software, and this probably won't help matters, even if it's not totally unexpected given the delay of the full release.

Were you planning on getting the game on Switch?
