Darksiders II pre-order bonus

THQ has just revealed some nice bonus items will be given to those who pre-order the Limited Edition of Darksiders II.

The game is due out on August 24, and those who stump up their cash early will get access to an exclusive set of in-game armour (Maker's Armor and Scythe set) and free shipping. More excitingly, pre-orders will also get two downloadable content drops.

All pre-orders from the THQ store will be upgraded to the Limited Edition, which will come with the first content drop, Argul's Tomb, included. DLC packs 2 and 3 will be available at a later date.

A visit over to shop.THQ.com will also reveal the Collector's Edition, which includes all of the above, plus "a life-sized replica Death Mask with display stand, a unique  Shadow of Death armor and scythe set with enhanced stats, a digital copy of the Darksiders II sound-track and a hard-cover Darksiders II art book."
