DiRT 4 will be more rally orientated

Codemasters hint at possible direction for sequel.

Anyone with an interest in knowing how the next Dirt title might shape up will be interested to hear that the game will be more rally orientated, and that's according to a senior designer at Codemasters.

One fan asked on Twitter if the next Dirt game would be more rally orientated, suggesting that many fans missed the longer point to point courses of older titles. Answering the question, Codemasters' Paul Coleman said: "Yes it can and it will."

But when will that be? Well, in a Facebook post (and via CVG) made at the end of last year, Codemasters teased: "We have a feeling you'll all quite like 2014 ;)"
