When id Software and Bethesda revealed Doom Eternal at E3, it happened through a slightly disappointing yet still tantalising teaser trailer. But after that came the promise of gameplay, gameplay that would be shown at Bethesda's own expo, QuakeCon.
Tonight they delivered on their promise and showed off the game proper. The game looks to deliver the same hectic, violent action as its predecessor while adding a more open map, new weapons, destructible demons, what looks to be a grappling hook, and more traversal options.
In addition, there's a multiplayer element this time around, where you can take over a demon's mind and attack players in their own campaigns.
But that's enough from us for now, with more details to follow soon. And so, without further ado, you can find the gameplay trailer below.
