Dragon Quest XI's new gameplay is very pretty

Square Enix treated us to some more footage.

Square Enix's YouTube has shown off some new gameplay from Dragon Quest XI: In Search of the Departed Time, and we have to say that it looks pretty amazing.

The video is in Japanese, but we can see a character riding a horse and surveying the surroundings, which are amazingly colourful and detailed. Some 3DS gameplay is also included for fans of the handheld too. Which platform would you rather get it on?
