Competing in big tournaments alone doesn't cover eSports Pro players' bills anymore. Some of them make most of their profit from sponsors and via live streams, thus a big and healthy community of supporters is as important as a tournament victory. FIFA 20 player Kurt0411 was banned in November 2019 from competing in official Global Series competitions, but he kept playing and streaming, gaining subscribers and growing his audience. Many times with dirty words until EA couldn't take it any more.

EA Sports announced on social media that the former Pro player of FIFA games has been banned for life after multiple Code of Conduct violations:

"Kurt has continued to post abusive and threatening messages and videos about EA employees and competitive players on social media and has encouraged others to do the same. His messages have crossed a line of decency into very personal attacks and breach our Terms of Service. We will not tolerate threatening behaviour. As a result, today Kurt0411's EA account will be banned from playing our games and accessing our services".

His point of view is different and he seemingly has no regrets. He thinks that EA wants to stop him from becoming the biggest FIFA streamer, as posted on Twitter:

"End of the day I have never said anything I shouldn't have. This is just deeper than anyone thinks. They didn't want me competing at events cos they were scared I'd win them, now I'm the 2nd biggest streamer of their game and they're scared I'll overtake their golden boy. But when everything is said and done we'll beat them trust me. They have money but we have numbers. Fuck then and everyone on their side"

There is also a link in EA's statement for people to report this kind of behaviour seen in other players. The company reiterates that "feedback and constructive criticism is always welcome".
