Bethesda is continuing to expand its mobile RPG The Elder Scrolls: Blades, with update 1.5 now live for all players, opening The Arena for players to battle in PvP after they reach level 5, with loot and leaderboard positions at stake.

The trailer below shows off all these features, including a major overhaul to loot, removing chest timers, which was one of the most-requested changes. All rarity levels of chests now open immediately, and you don't have to wait to see the contents, with increased loot also being available from enemies and boss fights at the end of jobs, providing better rewards.

There's even a new guild system, letting you create guilds to trade items with guildmates, visit towns, and make a name for yourself.

To celebrate the festive season, Bethesda is also introducing holiday features like a winter theme for towns and decorations, bundles, and discounts the entire month.

Are you going to dive back into Blades?
