The Paris Eternal Overwatch League team has revealed who will be helming the team heading into the 2021 season. Zouheir "GetAmazed" Baba will be joining the European team in the head coach role for at least the next year, to lead the completely revamped line-up.
Paris is one of many teams that saw serious rebuilding this year due to financial limitations and the fact that a lot of veteran contracts ended at the end of the 2020 season. The new Eternal roster has various names, some of which are instantly recognisable, as well as a few newer Contenders players. GetAmazed is an individual who recently saw great success on the now disbanded Eagle Gaming team that won Contenders Europe 2018 - Season 2.
With GetAmazed joining the Eternal, this is the first time he has been part of an Overwatch League standard roster, meaning how this revamped team will perform throughout 2021 is very much up in the air. From an overall perspective, it does seem unlikely that the new Paris will be able to rise to the levels of the 2020 version, which became a strong Atlantic Division competitor.
