Ever since the Los Angeles Valiant Overwatch League team announced its last-minute decision to move to the Asia-Pacific region for the duration of the 2021 season, consequently dropping all of its active roster at the same time, other teams have been frantically picking up the free agent players left over.

Next on that list is the Toronto Defiant, who have added Jung-won "Lastro" Mun to their team, in the support role. Lastro will be joining the Defiant for at least the 2021 season, but as for the future we will have to wait to find out as no contract details have been unveiled as of yet.

Lastro has seen varied success in the Overwatch League, as on the 2020 Valiant he achieved an eighth place finish in the regular season, and a 5th/6th placing in the Playoffs. Whether that success will translate to the Defiant will be something worth keeping an eye out for.
