As we reported a few days ago, the 2021 Six Invitational for Rainbow Six: Siege has been postponed due to travel restrictions befalling on France, the location where the in-person tournament was set to take place. Since the event will no longer be happening on the aforementioned date, Ubisoft has released an update detailing what will happen with the planned Twitch drops for those who would've watched the event.

Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the campaign has either finished or is soon to finish and therefore will not be seeing any major adjustments. The only exception here is another chance to earn Siege Esports Packs by watching eligible streams between February 15-16.

Phase 3 on the other hand is now set for February 18-20, and will see professional players and coaches who are part of the R6 Share Program, or who have qualified for the 2021 Six Invitational have drops enabled on their respective channels.

Phase 4 will also be taking place around this time, and will see players eligible to earn Siege Esports Packs by watching official Rainbow Six Siege channels that are planned to air the annual celebration event.

You can read a little further into all of this in this post that also shows off the various pieces of loot you can be lucky enough to have dropped.

"It's in competitive multiplayer where the game shines. The matches are short, intense and always surprising."
