Europa Universalis IV: Common Sense announced

Paradox Interactive are expanding Europa Universalis IV with Common Sense. The focus is on politics, the art of ruling and national improvement, which means additions and changes to domestic governance and diplomacy. The biggest modification is the new provincial development system. Building space in a province is now limited by its terrain and development value. The more developed a province is, the greater wealth and power you can get.

With monarch points, you can customise your trading hubs or make recruiting centers. And fewer, more powerful buildings means that every decision about construction has greater importance. Other new features are parliaments, national churches and new religious systems among other things. Here is the first teaser:
