Fallout 4 is to get a survival mode in the coming months, one that promises to ramp up the difficulty for players that want a hardier challenge.
This survival mode is to enter Steam beta next week, following the release of the first DLC pack for the game, Automatron (which we're playing over the Easter weekend and will tell you about soon enough).
The survival mode promises a number of features to make the difficulty that much more challenging, including diseases, adding weight to ammunition, and the requirement to eat and drink. You can check out the full list of new features in this handy Reddit Post (which was confirmed as authentic by Bethesda over on Twitter).
