FIFA, Modern Warfare, and GTAV all sell well during lockdown
New sales figures for the UK reveal the best-selling games during lockdown, but no games could stop The Rise Of Skywalker.

The Rise Of Skywalker and Frozen 2 were the most popular entertainment products sold in the UK during lockdown (between March 23 and June 13 specifically), this according to the Entertainment Retailers Association, which also confirmed FIFA 20 as the highest-charting video game and the third best-seller during that time.
In fact, 21 games made the recently published top 40, which includes both physical and digital sales (at least for most games, some publishers don't share digital downloads, such as Nintendo, and if they did Animal Crossing would surely have charted higher than it does below).
It's not unusual to see FIFA 20 nor Call of Duty near the top of the UK charts; both franchises are enduringly popular here in the UK. Similarly evergreen is Grand Theft Auto V, which managed to sell almost 440,000 copies here in the UK despite first landing all the way back in 2013. Here's the full top 40:
