he esports organisation Fnatic has announced that it has partnered with three colleges across the United Kingdom for a nation-first esports programme. Aiming to help younger generations on their path into esports, the project will see Fnatic supporting these three colleges by providing real-world experiences, networking opportunities, and prizing support for organised tournaments.

"This is huge for our esports students and also the college," said James Fraser-Murison, esports director at QMC (one of the three partnered colleges). "To partner up with the biggest esports organisation in the UK, will mean we are directly giving our esports students a step-up into the industry with first-hand experiences and careers advice and opportunities from a global brand."

As part of the programme, we're told that there will also be webinars hosted by Fnatic staff and industry speakers, and designed to reflect the Pearson BTEC curriculum guidelines. Otherwise, as this is simply the first year of the partnership, we're told to expect new features and developments in the following years.
