Fnatic are one of the teams competing in the upcoming EU League of Legends Championship Series, and now the organisation has revealed some news about the management behind the team in the Spring Split, including the addition of Joey 'YoungBuck' Steltenpool as the LoL Division's Team Director.

"Within this role I am looking to manage the League of Legends staff, bring a new vision, direction, and establish a healthy team culture with which I aim to bring Fnatic back to being the best team in the West," YoungBuck said. He'll be working from the Berlin Office while overseeing all of League of Legends for the team, having been a pro player himself in the past.

Dylan Falco is also staying with Fnatic as Head Coach, who helped the team during the Worlds and the Summer Split. "After working with Fnatic for the 2017 Summer Split and World Championship, I'm excited to continue into the 2018 season," Falco said. "This season Fnatic has put extra effort into creating a truly comprehensive coaching and management staff, fitting for a team with high aspirations. Working with Joey, and Michael has already been a great experience and I can't wait to see what we accomplish in 2018."

The Fnatic Academy team will be managed by Michael 'Garki' Bolze as well, who was at Vitality during the Summer Split, and he's now the youngest team manager for any EU LCS side. You may have noticed too that Finlay 'Quaye' Stewart is not returning, but Fnatic says that Garki "has a tremendous amount of experience for his young years and we're fully confident in his abilities to take the team forward."

Lastly, Jack 'Kayys' Kayser is also coming on board as Head Analyst, working remotely to feedback to the team about their performances.

Do you think these figures provide a recipe for success?
