On November 2 we will get the next iteration of Sports Interactive's highly successful and addictive Football Manager series. As is tradition Sports Interactive has opened up on the new features just over a month out from release.
There are quite a few things of note, apart from the new interface and the addition of the official Bundesliga license, training has received a complete overhaul. There's a "wealth of new options" as Sports Interactive has worked closely with real-world clubs to mimic the way they train veteran players and youngsters.
In terms of tactics there are increased options available in terms of team instructions, but there are also other ways to create your unique style of play as well as option to use some of the popular tactics in today's football.
There's also the inclusion of the VAR system and goal-line technology, which will no doubt create new talking points at press conferences after games.
"Football Manager 2019 has a clean new look, and lots of freshness under the hood too, not only with the new features, but also lots of other changes that make it an even more compelling experience to play", said Miles Jacobson, director of Football Manager. "We're all very proud of what we've achieved with FM19 and are very much looking forward to hearing what our fans have to say when they get their hands on it."
