The PES 2018 World Tour does not only mean news for South American fans. Right after announcing special deals in Argentina and Chile, Konami has just unveiled a new partnership for an English Football League team, specifically with London's oldest club, Fulham FC. Fulham, who have languished in the Championship for the past few season, spent over a decade in the Premiership up until the 2013-14 season.
Other than the club leaving last year's alias "West London White" behind, the deal means "the full squad will be recreated in game with all kits and players to be perfectly replicated via Konami's full body-scanning process".
The PR also underlines "the development of talented young players" in the team and their football academy, as the deal also implies PES presence on the Youth Team's kit as main sponsor, among other co-promotion actions.
This announcement also means PES 2018 will have more licensed teams from the English Leagues than last year, with Liverpool FC already confirmed and showed as premium partner, and Arsenal FC keeping its licensed presence, as Gamereactor has learned. More announcements in regards to clubs, partnerships and licenses are expected in the days before and during Gamescom 2017.
Pro Evolution Soccer 2018 will release on September 14 on PS4/3, Xbox One/360 and PC.
