FunPlus Phoenix has announced the newest member joining its Valorant division to be none other than former Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player Dmitriy "Dimasick" Matvienko.

Revealed over Twitter, the announcement reads; "Please give a warm welcome to Dimasick, who will now serve as a member of our VALORANT division. As an experienced former CS: GO player, we believe he will help us to get more trophies in the future!"

Before joining FPX, Dimasick has played across several different Valorant rosters, usually within the CIS region. Now being on FPX, Dimasick can look to elevate his career on a team that has seen pretty great success since competitive Valorant started to take form. As for when we'll get to see this updated FPX roster in action that will likely be in the Champions Tour, which kicks-off later this year.
