Ubisoft Forums member Cornik22 has been doing some impressive detective work, in regards to the setting set to follow Assassin's Creed: Victory.

While looking through the official Assassins Creed IV: Black Flag art book, he noticed an image showing the lobby of the Abstergo building, set in the game's modern day section. In the image, a wall featuring promotional art for Abstergo projects shows six images, one of which is especially interesting, since it's the only image that doesn't have any direct connection with any released or upcoming games.

The image shows what looks like a temple, most likely Japanese or Chinese, which is something we have yet to encounter in the games. Fans of the series have wanted a game set in feudal Japan for some time now, and this may just be a hint of what is to come. Here's to hoping we'll be swinging our katanas in 2016!
