The Rainbow Six: Siege Pro League Season 8 Finals took place at the Jeunesse Arena in the Olympic Park, Rio de Janeiro over the weekend with more 8,000 spectators both days setting a record for Rainbow Six esports. After a couple of surprises where North American teams (Rogue and Fnatic) went out in the quarterfinals, it was the favourites G2 Esports who came out on top in the finals versus home team Faze Clan, 2-0 (6-4, 6-2). The team has once again proven they are the ones to beat in Rainbow Six competition.
