Gaijin Games, best known for the Bit.Trip games, may not have had a change of heart, but they have had a change of name. The studio now operates under the slightly puzzling moniker of Choice Provisions.
The change stems from the possible negative connotations of the word 'gaijin', which is not generally used as a term of endearment. (Also, we no longer risk confusing them with Gaijin Entertainment, who develop War Thunder).
The change also extends to the small Robotube studio, which was acquired in 2010. It will now publish under the new name of MiniVisions.
