Here at Gamereactor we don't often report on tournaments in progress, but this is a special circumstance, as the reigning champions of the League of Legends Worlds have just been knocked out of this year's competition, losing to European side Team Vitality yesterday to seal their fate.

To the surprise of many, they sit at the bottom of Group B with only one win and a staggering five losses to their name, doing far worse than many would have expected. In fact, many assumed that this would be the group of death for Cloud9 and Vitality, considering the success of Gen.G and Royal Never Give Up, but the NA and EU teams have stunned fans with their performances, leaving Korean hearts broken with Gen.G's loss.

Are you shocked by this year's Worlds so far?
