The developer by the name of The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency will release its strange third person shooter Drawn to Death for PlayStation 4 in early April, and Game Designer and Director David Jaffe unveiled yesterday in the PlayStation blog that PS Plus members can grab the game for free, at least for the first month.

Drawn to Death will launch with six characters and game modes, like Sphinx Missions or character specific levels, and these unlock new weapons and cosmetic gear. When you play through each story mission for as hero, you will even face a foe called the Vulcano God too. Ranked play was announced as well, not to mentioned Mystery Boxes, which sound like Overwatch's loot boxes to us.

Jaffe added: "I wanted to find a way to invite all of you PS Plus members into this experience and give you a look at what really excites me about games these days. We've been working on Drawn To Death for nearly three years, and over time, it really has become this robust, highly competitive game — and we haven't even talked about a lot of the new features yet. Needless to say, I thought you could all help us build an unbelievable community for the game."

Could this be a new third person shooter classic?

REVIEW. Written by Sam Bishop

"Despite depth in terms of customisation, the gameplay feels very bare and lacking, and no amount of skins, weapons, and taunts can change that."
