Guild Esports sign third professional Fortnite player

Guild Esports has announced the addition of another professional Fortnite player joining its ranks. The Danish-born Anas El-Abd will mark Guild's third Fortnite player, and will even represent the organisation in the upcoming 2021 Fortnite Championship Series.

Anas is regarded as the seventh ranked player in Europe right now in Fortnite and even has a sweeping array of wins and accomplishments backing him up. The full scale of Anas' achievements in Fortnite has currently earnt him over $96,000 in tournament winnings.

"It's clear to us here at Guild that Anas's previous accomplishments within the global esports sphere make him a strong addition to the Guild roster," said Grant Rousseau, Guild's Director of Esports in a press release. "Anas is a Fortnite sensation and signing him helps us to expand our talent pool as we continue to make Guild's mark in the discipline."
