Guild Wars 2 progress reset after bug

Yesterday ArenaNet released a new patch for their MMORPG Guild Wars 2, but things didn't go exactly as planned. Hours after the patch was released, an issue with so-called Soulbound Items caused "damage to almost all character records that were played".

As stated in the <a href"https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/game/gw2/We-will-have-to-roll-back/first#post6300368">game's forum</a>, the developer saw no other solution than to perform a roll back and reset all progress made in the game after the patch was released.

There is still no word on wether the game is up on its Facebook or <a href"https://forum-en.guildwars2.com/forum/game/gw2/We-will-have-to-roll-back/first#post6300368">forum</a>, but you'll find out for sure when booting up the game.
