While CD Projekt Red may have become a huge studio through the success of The Witcher series and by working on one of the most anticipated titles in recent years - Cyberpunk 2077 - many prefer them because they usually take their time to respond to fan inquiries, whether that's through Twitter or even private messages on Facebook.

One such fan on Reddit recently approached the game's official Facebook to ask questions about hacking, and how it alters the approach to mission objectives, and they got a response.

"Netrunning will definitely be an important part of the game, but I can't tell you much about it. What I can say is that gameplay-wise, you'll be able to hack systems to help you during missions, open doors, distract enemies etc. You'll also be able to gain knowledge that you will use to your advantage - locations of interesting places and so on," the response reads.

It's currently unclear whether this is a mini-game or something different, but if you're still curious about Cyberpunk 2077, why not read our extensive preview or watch a walkthrough with commentary below?
