The Sinking City is on its way to the Nintendo Switch, as revealed during the Nintendo Direct show at E3, but now we have the first gameplay from the title running on Nintendo's console.
This can be seen down below, and Frogwares says this is more that just a regular port, as improvements have been made based on player feedback regarding the version that landed back in June.
"We did our best to optimize the game and ensure it runs at a stable 30 frames throughout," said Serge Chervonnyi, Game Producer. "We also improved combat a bit to have more weight and feel. Weapons now have new gunshot sounds, improved recoil and new visual effects. We also did our best to improve the game from people's feedback. So things like crowd behavior and pedestrian AI has been tweaked along with all around additional levels of polishing and bug fixing."
We can also expect full VO and text in English, French, German, and Russian, with text support also available in Spanish, Italian, Czech, Polish, Ukrainian, Turkish, Arabic, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Brazilian Portuguese.
We'll be getting an official release date for the Switch version next week, but the developer adds that it's "sooner rather than later".
Will you play it on Switch?
