If you love the film Jaws, or are perhaps a fan of sharks in general, this latest news might interest you, as Ubisoft has just revealed that their game Hungry Shark World - part of the mobile franchise Hungry Shark - is launching on PS4, Switch, and Xbox One today.

The game is developed by Ubisoft's studio Future Games of London and lets you rise through the food chain, starting off as a small shark before coming the deadliest predator of the sea. How do you do this though? Well, it's all about eating as much as possible of course, from squids to goblin sharks.

Hungry Shark World features four worlds, including tropical islands and mysterious underwater temples, as well as 250 missions, 20 sharks to upgrade, and plenty of hidden secrets for those who want to really sniff out the extra goodies. As for the console features, this version features optimised gamepad controls and will support 4K and enhanced graphics on the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X.

For more on the game make sure to check out the trailer and screens below. Have you got the itch to become a shark now?
