IEM Cologne 2022 was an absolutely stellar event. Not only did the finals serve up a close and thrilling series between FaZe Clan (who ultimately won) and Natus Vincere, but it also ended up being one of the most watched Counter-Strike: Global Offensive matches of all-time.

This information comes from Esports Charts, who has revealed that the grand finals on Sunday ended up drawing in 1.25 million viewers, which makes it the most watched non-Major game of all-time, and also the fifth most-watched CS:GO series of all-time.

This puts it ahead of IEM Katowice 2022, which previously held the record for the most-watched non-Major match of all-time, and shows just how much competitive CS:GO is growing month after month.

As for the most-watched series of all-time, PGL Major Stockholm and PGL Major Antwerp top the list at 2.75 and 2.11 million viewers respectively.
