At their 20th anniversary event in Japan, Inti Creates, revealed plans for Blaster Master Zero on Nintendo 3DS. The game is set to be released next spring, and clearly brings the heritage from the 1988 NES title Blaster Master (published by SunSoft).
In the press release Inti Creates notes:
"Using the original Blaster Master game as a base, Inti Creates is setting out to create a fully 8-bit experience in a way that both hearkens back to the golden age of the NES and uses the current generation hardware to optimize and power up the game for the players of today."
The game will feature new enemies and environments, but looks to retain some of that classic NES feel.
