Is Agent still in development?

Do you remember a game called Agent? No. Well, it was revealed as a PS3 exclusive Cold war spy game from Rockstar back in 2009. Since then we've heard nothing officially, but knowing Rockstar sometimes take their time in creating games, we've sort of always figured the game to be in some state of development. Turns out Take-Two (owners of Rockstar) haven't given up either as they've renewed associated trademarks. Perhaps we're in line for a re-announcement of Agent - this time as a PS4 exclusive?
