The world of video games is full of surprises and tributes of all kinds, and they're often found in the form of Easter eggs, little secrets for players to uncover in-game. The YouTuber Sean Buckley (aka Seaniccus) believes he has found one of these tributes in The Legend of Zelda: Breath Of the Wild, as the character named Botrick could be an homage to Satoru Iwata, the late president of Nintendo, who passed in 2015.
This character can warn Link of the dangers that await him, and you can judge for yourself whether this is based on Iwata by watching this video. Is this just a coincidentally resemblance, or a homage by Nintendo?
