Is Xcom on its way to PlayStation Vita?

Might Xcom: Enemy Unknown be heading to PlayStation Vita? That's certainly what it looks like, after a listing for the game on that platform submitted by Take Two Interactive was spotted on the Korean video game rating board website (and as translated by Gamespot).

The listing in question is actually for Xcom: Enemy Unknown Plus, so might it be some kind of PS Plus deal, or could it involve an updated or upgraded version of the base game? Either way, Vita-owning strategy fans certainly have much to look forward to if this happens.
