Kingdom Hearts HD 2.8: Final Chapter Prologue, is basically a port of Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance (originally released on Nintendo 3DS) with a couple of additional new scenarios (one playable, one in movie form). The PS4 release is presumably the final piece of the puzzle that is the Kingdom Hearts narrative ahead of the impending Kingdom Hearts III.
